as painless as it's possible to be. Bonnie was great, talking throughout was a major distraction and she clearly knew what she was doing! best one I've had so far.

Bonnie was very friendly, but the location is quite strange and doesn't make you feel as relaxed as you might hope when getting a massage/facial. Both treatments were very good, though I did feel as if I was being told off for being tense in my shoulders and back.
