Went for a Hollywood wax, Bonnie welcomed me. Completed assessment form and then proceed to treatment room. There I commenced with my treatment. I told Bonnie I wanted a hot wax and that I breed with strips she proceeded to use strips. She finally received the messaged and moved onto hot wax. As the treatment proceeded she had to return visit areas 3 times and continued to use excuses like... "Your hair is the same colour as my skin" (afro Caribbean) can't see the hair. " you should of warmed the skin with hot water" what before coming straight from work? Oh you mean in the public toilet upstairs where there is no hot water!
I have been for many hot waxes before and have never experienced anything like it. Possibly the worse and most offensive hot wax I have ever had!
