i paid in advance for the beautician I see every 6 weeks and was available to book on the Treatwell app. The owner changed this without discussing with me or the beautician. It was embarrassing and made me very angry. Aga was very nice but we had no conversation in common and I sat in silence for my whole treatment. I dont pay to feel uncomfortable and will consider changing salon in future
