Klaudia was good & made my daughter feel at ease however the salon environment was not as expected. We walked in to find a huge dog sat in the middle of the floor - dog treats & other items on the sofa that we had to sit around. It took me twice explaining that we were nervous of the dog for them to finally move it slightly so we squeeze past. The electrics went off completely at one point & the electrician was in & out of our treatment room. Not the relaxing special experience I’d hoped for.

Great service, they accommodated me earlier which was lovely. Nice Express facial done by Maja, she’s friendly. Happy with Eyebrow threading as well by Kavita.
