Worst experience. The staff acted like I was stupid for coming in. Did not introduce her self. Looked annoyed when I walked through the door. Didn't explain any thing. Didn't give me the opportunity to see what she'd done. Did a bad job of waxing. No aftercare advice. Said all of about 20 words to me during the whole appointment. Very unprofessional, felt unclean.
