My wife will go back to them. She enjoyed the day at saloon!
I did my eye brow tinting today and waited for about 45mins for the colour to stay. However the colour did not stay on my brow and I was charged the full price. I asked the lady if I need to pay the full price, as her colour tinting did not work, she said yes. I didn't want to start an argument so I paid her. I have done my brow tining in other salons before and it worked. So I don't know if the they used cheap brow tint for my brows. I don't recommend this saloon.
Poor customer service. One hairdresser openly criticised my child, who was 3 at the time. Unfortunately my girl suffers from ADHD and I struggled to keep her in one place. I hear that's disturbing for others, but she could adkex me politely to keep my child under control rather that talking rubbish to other customer loud enough so I can hear, that's very passive aggressive
Additionally that moment when she was running around I couldn't get off the chair to as I was in the mid of pedicure& I didn't see my lil one running to the help desk. Again as disturbing as it is she could have asked me to react rather than being openly criticising to other customer.
Very unpleasant and very rude.
I have not returned since and don't recommend
Thd lady that does nails is nice snd accommodating. Her son was there and later played with my daughter
Unfortunately I work full time snd do not have childcare to look after my lil one, hence she was with me.
Just a reminder to be kinder to each other, especially woman to woman.
Michelle my lady who cut my hair and curled amazing 😍 was so impressed with her I thought she was the boss I would recommend biscuits and tea or drink for all clients also I feel my picture was not the reality of what I asked for in sense the second stylist totally gave me a different style all together also notice the sinks for hair was a bit in clean maybe needs an update in store but the staff seem quite nice Michelle lovely
Went here to get acrylic nails removed, as they were causing me pain. The staff lady took great care to get my nails were done so well, and I was greatly relieved.
Talk about professionalism, care, patience, courtesy and camaraderie, she's got it all! And it's also reasonably priced!
I would gladly recommend her, and rate her 10/10
