I am not one to write bad reviews usually but felt it is necessary. I got my hair bleached about 4 months ago here and colour was perfect but instantly started having breakage at the roots. I assumed it was normal until it got so much worse. I spoke to another hairdresser who does my friends hair and she said the bleach was definitely left on for too long, as I take good care of my hair. When i was in the salon i did remember it going over the time mentioned for the bleach to be on for but i didnt say anything as i assumed the hairdresser knew what she was doing and it would be ok.
The best hairdresser I’ve ever been to. So respectful, so kind and I am always left with beautiful, luscious hair. I would highly recommend!

I did my eye brow tinting today and waited for about 45mins for the colour to stay. However the colour did not stay on my brow and I was charged the full price. I asked the lady if I need to pay the full price, as her colour tinting did not work, she said yes. I didn't want to start an argument so I paid her. I have done my brow tining in other salons before and it worked. So I don't know if the they used cheap brow tint for my brows. I don't recommend this saloon.
