I came into Jo's house with residual accumulated back pain, mainly from my office job which involved working at a computer (I had the typical lower back pain symptoms with some neck & shoulder tightness, and some pain between my shoulder blades) -
...and I left Jo's house with a *significant* improvement in my back and neck muscles! Everything felt looser and as if it had been soothed. My posture was also more upright as my shoulders were nice and open, instead of hunched upwards.
I explained as best as I could to Jo where I was feeling discomfort, and she very skilfully targeted each area, using different types of massage - I especially enjoyed the hot stones!
I will be returning to Jo for another massage quite soon; it was a very uplifting and restorative experience!

After suffering with deep muscle strain in my neck and shoulder I booked three appointments with Jo who was very professional, accommodating and skilled. My neck, back and shoulder now fee so much better and I would definitely recommend Jo's services to anyone.
I thouroughly enjoyed my visit with Jo, I arrived feeling stressed and tired but Jo made me feel welcome and at ease immediately. It's been a while since I had any treatments and i have to say, I wont be waiting as long next time. I came away feeling relaxed and refreshed thanks to Jo and I'll be recommending her to all my friends.
