I visited Jo after having a problem with tension and severe pain in my back for years at the point of thinking more realistically I should be seeing a doctor. I've had so many sleepless nights and such discomfort with it and after having various massage elsewhere I'd jut accepted this was something I was going to have to live with.
I visited Jo for the first time and after an hour of Jo's amazing technique of deep tissue massage and hot stones I felt the relief in my left shoulder blade / back. I can't explain the difference in having a back that doesn't constantly twinge with pain. It's amazing. I've been to Jo 3 times now and about to book in for another treatment. I honestly can't recommend this lady enough and would not go to anyone else again. Her expertise give such reassurance it's fantastic to go to someone you really trust will be able to sort out such discomfort for you. Thank you Jo! X
Jo tailored the massage to suit my needs. Asked what level of pressure was my preference and checked out throughout massage. Really enjoyed it.
