I came in with a very sore and stiff neck. It was my first appointment and Jo made me feel very welcome and relaxed. My neck was so much better the following day almost back to normal. I would definitely recommend Jo!

I had one of the best pregnancy massages ever. Jo was really good at making sure i was comfortable and i left feeling so rejuvenated, Will be booking in again soon for sure!

Jo was excellent. Advised by my doctor to have a sports massage after having headaches for 3/4 weeks (nothing wrong medically). He felt I was very tense and stiff around my neck/ shoulder area. Went to see Jo explained what the problem was and she worked on the affected areas. The difference from arriving for treatment and leaving was amazing felt like a massive weight had been removed from my shoulders.
