I had a facial massage and cleaning. The massage was good and the staff was welcoming and kind. I would have liked a more puryfing face cleaning.

I always have a great wax here. They were busy this time and I had to wait 25 minutes, which was fine as I had nowhere to be. They gave me a complimentary back massage for keeping me waiting - really unexpected and hugely appreciated, especially as I'd just got home from a long haul flight! Highly recommend.
