I turned up on time for my appointment, but had to wait for 20 minutes or even longer for reasons that I wasn't given. And it would've been nice to be at least offered a glass of water, if nothing else. The deep tissue massage was nice. The therapist was quite attentive and responsive to my feedback. The treatment room is poorly insulated, so could not fully relax due to the traffic noise from outside and the talking inside. Overall would recommend, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.

I absolutely loved it here! I wasn't sure what to expect (I had the couples massage), but it doesn't give you much information on treatwell about the treatment. It's a mixture of Thai, Swedish and hot stones and was sooo relaxing. It was such good value for money that I wasn't really sure how good it would be, but I've had tonnes of Thai and oil massages in Thailand before and this was absolutely as good as! My boyfriend and I are already planning on going back.
