Had to wait 10 min after my appointment time to get served, in the meanwhile stuff were chatting without giving attention to customer which doesn't give a very professional image. Hollywood was quick and not painful at all. Clean and tidy place. Will be back

The facial was excellent, I had the hydrating one and it really left my skin glowing, and seems to have helped clear my spots. She also stretched out my back and massaged my neck and shoulders so even more value for money. Will definitely be going back again.
