I've had quite a few massages here and they have all been excellent but unfortunately this one was different. I booked an 8pm appointment, arrived ontime but the masseuse didn't start until 10 past, but sill finished band in 9pm. I was wondering why it felt rushed and not as thorough as times I'd been before. My lower back was completely missed almost. Disappointing as I was really looking to unwind fully.

I came here for a massage back in Feb and it was the best massage I had ever had! I was really looking forward to retuning however this visit was not so wonderful. Whilst I understand they were all busy and rushing around I was disappointed to go into my appointment 25 minutes late. I paid for an hours massage but it only lasted 50 mins, and when I mentioned this to the lady she said they would have to check the CCTV to see what time I actually went in! The massage itself was very good, but spoilt by other members or staff removing furniture from the room during treatment. I mentioned to the receptionist I was a little disappointed with going in late and having the time cut short and she said the manager would email me. I am hoping to receive this email soon! Like I said my first experience of this place was lovely so putting it down to a bad day, but I was disappointed.
