I was really disappointed with my treatment. I have regular waxing appointments and have been to this salon a couple of times before. The therapist on this occasion was very unprofessional, she answered two calls mid treatment and chatted on the phone whilst I lay there covered in wax! The wax was scalding hot (way hotter than I've ever experienced) and when I mentioned it she said it needs to be hot to work properly?! The treatment took about 45 minutes which is double the time it usually takes, in a boiling hot room with no air con! I wasn't pleased with the results either. I don't like to complain but it was a really bad experience!
