My go to place! I have a very stressful job and my back and neck carry that stress. I always leave feeling loads better! Deep tissue massage with a bit of Thai techniques thrown in. I absolutely love it.

I booked a hot stone massage however there must have been a miscommunication. The lady didn't understand English properly. No stones were being used so I had to ask her a few times before she started using the stones. But then stopped after 10 minutes and went back to massaging with her hands. The massage itself wasn't bad but it felt like a bad swedish massage with a few minutes of hot stones.
When the massage was finished I went to the reception and the lady said that the masseuse said I wanted a hot wax. I said she probably didn't understand me and that I asked for a hot stone massage. The receptionist was defensive and said that they usually use hot stones only for 10-15 minutes of the massage.
It was my birthday and I didn't want to get into an arguement and left, but I definitely didn't get a hot stone massage.
Also, the other masseuses outside the room were talking and laughing loudly which spoilt the experience for me. This might have been a one-off, but when I treat myself once in a while I do expect to feel relaxed and not stressed afterwards. The women laughing outside very loudly and talking were not professional.
My masseuse was very lovely and friendly, but the language barrier did not help.

I arrived early but was made to feel comfortable in the waiting area, and they arranged to have my treatment begin earlier for me.
The staff were very friendly, and professional, and my massage was fantastic. I'll definitely be returning in the future.
