Awesome! The staff was kind and she considered what I want when she was giving a treatment. I feel so much lighter after the treatment.

Amazing experience with great value of price. I would definitely come back again. The therapist whose name was Tina. She was excellent. Very kind and talented person. She did my eyebrows threading nicely as well as other treatments to a high standard.

Staff were lovely - I had a courtesy call to change the time of my appointment prior to the day as it was looking like I might have had a long wait. I can see why now. My appt was meant to be 1h15 but ended up being 1h45! (Brazilian, full leg and underarms). The Brazilian did NOT go well at all and this is probably where the time lag happened. In fact it was quite traumatic. Whether the wax wasn't hot enough, left on too long or it was the fact that the therapist was waxing with the hair growth rather than against it (?!!!) I don't know, but I almost abandoned the whole thing mid-wax. I questioned the latter. Therapist was quite defensive, blaming it on my hair growth but I've had lots of waxing experiences, at different stages of hair growth and I've never never had a problem. It was bad. We got there in the end and the end result was fine (apart from some trauma-induced irritation), but I won't be going back that's for sure. The place is quite new. It's a big space with a lot of potential but the treatment room is awful - needs a lot of work. Sorry guys but I wouldn't want anyone else to experience what I did.
