Terry the receptionist was extremely helpful when I rang to ask questions and made me feel very welcome upon arrival. Dhruti the beautician was absolutely fantastic! She didn’t rush my treatment and made sure I was not in any discomfort at all which I really appreciate! The ambience was also perfect, great music and a nice brew! Loved it here!!

The staff were lovely, but the eyelash extensions I had here were the worst I’ve ever had. They put on less amount of lashes than other similarly-priced salons I’ve been to for the same service. The eyelashes were not aligned, & were falling off immediately after they were applied. I’m very unhappy with it.

Waxing painful and some hairs were remaining, but very nice person and professional.
The man at the entrance was kind of impolite
