Frankly I don’t get why this salons got 5stars
Never dealt with a more unprofessional man/salon in my life.
Had two treatments booked two days in a row. First time he did not show up and left me freezing outside on the street waiting for him, he promised he’d give me a double booking the next days instead. Next day, same thing. Without even telling me. Wasted time and money
Would not recommend to anyone!

Session started ok but then therapist had sudden back problems causing session having to be abandoned - was promised a refund, but thus far, almost 3 weeks later, no refund has been received .

I turned up on time, no answer at the door, business phone switched off, I suggest you check who you have on your books as a therapist, as on further checks on his reviews this wasn't the first time this has happened.
