I was very lucky, Spencer was able to fit in the same day I called. It has been awful having 4 months growth. I did try to shave some of it , but it was disaster. Spencer was very professional and sorted me out, even the ingrown hairs. I am nice and buff and beach ready. I will definitely return in 5 weeks. I feel really good now. I might even try a massage.

I gave 1 star for everything as the appointment never happened. I arrived in good time, just before the appointment time and nobody was there. I stood outside for approx 5-10 minutes but still no answer when I knocked on the door. I tried to ring the number provided but it was switched off so no contact could be made with them. They may be absolutely amazing at their job but I will not be using them again for their unprofessional attitude that clearly stated to me that they could not be bothered

Frankly I don’t get why this salons got 5stars
Never dealt with a more unprofessional man/salon in my life.
Had two treatments booked two days in a row. First time he did not show up and left me freezing outside on the street waiting for him, he promised he’d give me a double booking the next days instead. Next day, same thing. Without even telling me. Wasted time and money
Would not recommend to anyone!
