The waxing treatments were carried out very well. However I arrived 10mins early and was left to wait until 20mins past my appointment time to then be told that they had double booked the appointment and one person would have to rearrange. Luckily I was able to reschedule for the next day however I felt they could have told me on arrival that the spot was double booked so I didn’t waste 30mins of my time waiting, and despite being told that the manager would contact me I have received no contact from management.
