The lady was lovely and had a lot of experience. She also spent some time sorting my appointment as I booked the wrong treatment and she went out of her way to fit the right treatment in. I had a pedicure which was OK but there was a limited choice of colours and considering the price for it, it was very basic (no hard skin removal). The leg wax I had was great. I would still go back for sure and their other treatments are great, just I wouldn't go back for another pedicure!

My appointment was on time. Nice staff member. Would have preferred the option of having a deep tissue massage.
