I had the offer of the back scrub, massage and express facial, all of which were exceptionally good. Sarah found the exact point I had a problem with, and was suffering from, on my lower back and concentrated the massage on that point without compromising the rest of my back. I'm sure it helped the recovery. The facial was thorough and very relaxing, including an arm massage while the mask did it's work.
Would highly recommend Body Heaven. It's not my first visit but sadly I don't go enough.

Sarah has been looking after me for weeks now, she always enquires about changes in my health, areas on which to work on, I alway have an hour and neck, face, head to start recently `quads have been tight so she works on both front and back of legs, finishing with a back massage.
I must say that I have been treated by all five of the staff and cannot deny they are all great, but I rely on continuity and the appointment needs to be a Friday afternoon and Sarah is available at these times
