Firstly, it is a very accessible venue with easy and free parking. The treatment room is private and very comfortable.
My therapist was very welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. She checked what pressure of massage I wanted and was very skilled and knowledgeable.
I had a back massage and Sarah honed in on a sore spot without me mentioning it and she really alleviated the pain.
The facial that finished my treatment was so relaxing and my skin has felt very soft and moisturised since.

I had the most amazing reflexology session with Sarah. She is so knowledgeable and condisorate to my needs. I found the massage so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep! If you're considoring trying out reflexology - i highly recommend it. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed.
