The massage started with a mini consultation where Florence asked me about my current issues. This not only made me feel heard but meant that Florence was able to focus on and target the exact places I’ve been having issues with.
Throughout the session we discussed ways to help alleviate pain, discomfort and potential future issues with Florence giving advise on which exercises and movements I can do.
I left feeling refreshed and I a lot less pain. Will definitely be returning.
