She was very well friendly and tailored my sports massage to my needs while educating me on what she's doing in addition to providing recommendations on how to keep my muscles & joints healthy. Florence was great, made me feel very comfortable and ran through everything she was doing as it was my first pregnancy massage, the massage was of a high standard and I left feeling relaxed. Would recommend and booking again for the next few months before my birth.kayleigh
