Great sports massage, really helped work out some very sore hamstrings and gave me some stretching to do at home to help too.

Florence was amazing and her tips on treating my back were so helpful! I had a sore lower back and struggled to move comfortably and after my massage felt so much better! She also took the time to give me some great tips on stretching and how to manage back pain. Definitely going again :)
