Paulina was my hairdresser at the salon and she was excellent, experienced and professional resulting in the best highlights I have ever had! I will definately be going back and would highly recommend her and this salon.

Dermalogica facial - I booked for the same day and the salon had availability which was great. The location is very handy and the therapists and receptionists are polite. The salon could do with a refurbish. My facial was fine, with all the various products and steaming etc, and a nice massage. My therapist, Lauren, left me alone in the treatment room for some time while the steaming machine and mask was on, without telling me what was happening. I could hear banging and chatting outside the treatment room which was not very relaxing. She also did not protect my hair properly so I ended up with greasy wet hair from the products which I had to go home and wash immediately. Overall it was satisfactory for the price and my skin felt smooth and clean afterwards - a job done no frills facial.

Really friendly staff, good choice of nail varnish colours and the manicure/pedicure were done very well/lasted well, would reccomend.
As I had never experienced having a microdermabrasion treatment before I didn't know what to expect. The salon was a little tricky to find but I got there in the end. I was seen to as soon as I got there, the room was comfortable and had a nice ambience plus my therapist Charleene was nice and friendly which made the experience just that much better. I definitely recommend Body Essentials
Conveniently located near Liverpool Street station. They seemed to be very busy and short staffed- I had to wit 15 minutes before they got started. I had a full head of highlights, which im very pleased with, however I felt the consultation and the process was very rushed. My hairdresser was friendly, would consider going back if they have another offer on .
