The saloon was ok; the staff was friendly. I had to wait a bit. The lady that did my hair was ok, a bit cold, didn't really want to chat, but the cut was nice and so was the blow-dry.

Went here again for a second visit to get my hair highlighted. Done to perfection. I think I have found my hair sanctuary. Perfect location for city workers and the have a super fast blow dry area for business ladies on the move.
I deffo reommend it and I will deffo be returning.
The staff are lovely, my beautician was fantastic.
One minor thing - the young lady washing my hair was obviously new to the business and kept having to ask other for help, not would you want to hear when there is a colour on your hair :) but i guess that is the learning curve!

I have been a regular customer for almost one year and the service is always first-class! High professionalism, quality service and nice staff and the major strengths of this venue! I definitely recommend it!
I was really looking forward to my haircut and was happy with great discount I found at Treatwell. When I got to the salon I was informed that I need to pay extra £10 because my appointment was not 'off-peak'. Red card.... Apparently there was a small print that I did not notice, informing about extra charge... Now this is not ryanair, I would prefer the price I pay to be transparent... Not any small prin surcharges, please. So, so disappointed as I in total pay what I would at my Kensington salon. It was definitely not worth the money, especially that I just came to trim my dry ends.
I also was promised a treatment. Didn't receive any, unless you think applying a conditioner as such. Another disappointment.
My therapist was really nic, but kept coughing constantly. Big no no from the start. If you're ill you should stay at home.
Will definitely not be coming back to that place.
