The staff were very attentive and polite. The cut was good. Sadly the highlights were not to my expectations- I requested them to look natural but they turned out very bright with some chunky bronzy orange streaks right on my parting when I'd asked for ash blonde. I paid £20 extra for a toner hoping it'd make them look better but it didn't change much. My boyfriend laughed at me when I got home which wasn't what I was going for. I did not have a choice on my blow dry, it was just done straight but I wanted it wavy.
