Louise was not really focused on the timing of the high lift in my hair, so the bottom part came out way lighter than the parts higher up (where she started). She was busy cutting another customer’s hair while I was sat there waiting for the toner/lift to work and went back and forth between us. Just not felt taken care of and results were sub optimal. In retrospective, not sure why I was charged £115 instead of the £90 for the high lift and £20 toner? Definitely not worth it.

Loving my new haircut! I went a lot shorter than I've had in years if ever, and I love it! She talked me through what she would do, showed me how it would look and suit me. just brilliant!
