I had booked a Shellac Manicure and an Eyebrow Wax. The eyebrow wax went fine, but the manicure was a disaster!
It took ages to remove the gel (soft gel) that I already had on my nails, did not remove the cuticles properly and applied nail polish on them. The whole nail polish application was chaotic: the color is not uniform, it's see-through and the top coat has made some sort of bubbles. The therapist however, was a very nice person.
I have asked Treatwell to get in touch with them and refund me the money. I think that according to their standards they did a really good job, because they refused to give me a refund.

Pleasant experience overall but nail polish started chipping after 2 days - unacceptable! Normally shellac lasts 3-4 weeks without chipping for me.
