I was looked after by Meryem who was so lovely! She washed, dried and curled my hair very nicely. When booking, I was automatically given a 45min appointment slot, but once there, it took much longer and I was told that I should've called prior to let them know my hair was thick, and my hairdresser was back and forth with another client (so just bear that in mind if you do have thick hair!)
