Had a great experience and love my haircut - thanks to Naoko. She asked lots of questions to make sure she fully understood what I wanted. I really appreciated the attention to detail and care she put into the whole appointment. Highly recommend!

Came here because it's near work and had good reviews. Not sure why.. This place does not know how to do blow drys. I wanted swoopy waves, she gave me loose curls that fell out within 10 minutes. She blamed my hair, tried to use straighteners (still failed), and didn't think to use a different size brush. My hair was frizzy, there was a a weird parting at the back, and a dent/quiff at the front. Salon was also tatty and gave a bad impression. Fuming I paid £60... Don't recommend.
