I went to House of Serenity for the first time today for a wax. The woman who met me in reception was so rude, otherwise I’d be giving a 5. I asked if she’d rather I wore a mask, to which she replied ‘do what you want, the rules changed’ and then preened herself in front of the mirror until Leila came to get me. That said, Leila was absolutely brilliant - so friendly and really thorough. It was as painless as it could be and I’ll definitely come back to her next time.
