Salon was running late so had to wait for my appointment. The hairdresser seemed to then be in quite a rush, there was no consultation, I was immediately taken to the sink where my whole back was drenched! The wash was so intense I’m surprised I have any hair left, I’m not sure if the lady was just rushing or she’s normally that aggressive! Back into the chair and she took a little bit more off than I wanted but,the blow dry was great (although I was scratched by her long nails and brush!)

I was slightly nervous about having this treatment. However, Serica put me at complete ease. She is very professional at what she does and ensures that you are aware of every stage of the treatment. Serica gives you good advice on aftercare and gives great tips and advice. I can see even after just one treatment a difference and looking forward to completing the full course.
