There was no customer service, not a "hello". They just started doing my hair in silence without asking if I was happy to have my hair blow out and without putting any heat protection on my hair.
The weave was sewed in adequately. But there was no styling and they were not interested in having the hair look nice, but rather they wanted to have the job over and done with.

Hair was done lovely. Wasn't happy that I ended up paying double what was quoted on the app. For other bookers, the weave install is not actually £22 like they say, it's £40.

Nice staff, quick to get going. Haircut for £10 is quick and minimal but price for value is fair.

I turned up for my appointment, waited over 45 minutes and no one apologised or acknowledged me. I then had to leave and didn't even get my blow dry ( bad hair for New Years) .
