I had a lash lift and tint and brow wax and tint with Renata and she was great - really friendly, made me feel so welcome. The lash lift was a little bit painful as some of the product went in my eyes, but it wasn’t that bad (I’d just be careful if you have really sensitive eyes). They also recommend you buy a serum to care for your lashes which costs £5 (cash only) but it’s your choice. I was apprehensive when Renata didn’t ask what I wanted doing with my brows, but she clearly knew what she was doing and it was a good, almost pain free wax. My lashes and brows lasted around a week before the treatment started to wear off, but a good experience on the whole and I’d go back again.
