Renata kept me so well informed before, during and after the treatment.
I have worn individual lashes for around 3 years now, and took a chance on a lash lift to see if I could get still get a good result with my own lashes - they look even better than individual lashes.
The best £50 I’ve even spent!

Renata was very nice and professional, but when I mentioned the wax was too hot, I was told it could not burn.
However, the wax burned the skin of my legs, leaving some burn marks on both of them, and lots of red areas where the top layer of the skin was pulled off...

Amazing visit managed to squeeze me in just before going on holiday and wedding. Kate was so efficient and did beautiful highlights sorting out my badger head. Love my hair now! Will definitely come back on a Tuesday soon
