A relaxing spa day . Good food & service. Excellent facial lasting 55 mins.
Nice warm water in the pool, rather too warm in the Jacuzzi.
The steps into the pool in the shallow end would be safer if lit and had a rail.
It would also be a benefit to have a spinner and bags for wet cossies.
Shame the sauna was out of order.
However would return on another occasion.

Treatment was good, however, my partner had less time than me 1/2 hour yet we were still charged £20 more to our room bill, even though we mentioned this beforehand

The pressure was not as firm as I would have liked but sometimes too much Masseur didn’t understand my needs or meet them even though I highlighted focus areas on the form Receptionist very unfriendly and unhelpful
