Could have been cleaner & it was looking tatty. Broken ceiling tiles, the Shower by the pool was very slow draining so you had to stand in other people's water, Sauna was out of order.

Sauna was out of order and we weren’t notified. No discount on spa day considering the facility we paid to use, wasn’t available. When addressed, was told they couldn’t do anything. Spa was very tired and neglected - Steam room door wouldn’t close properly and some of the lights weren’t working, locker rooms were old and tired and lockers quite filthy. Swimming pool edge was green, algae? Massage treatment was great as were our therapists though.

Lovely Spa day - we went on a Monday so it wasn’t too busy. The spa could do with a little bit of updating but it was clean and the therapists were very good.
