I cannot fault how welcoming and attentive the staff were which made our day even more special. Lunch was excellent. Only gripe would be that the facilities didn't quite match up to the excellent staff but I wasn't expecting 5* for the price we paid.

We were made to feel very welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived, a very smooth check in and each member of staff that we were passed to were very friendly. We loved the swimming pool but even with the lack of space it would be good to have more than 6 loungers as these were occupied when we arrived so we had to wander around, the steam room was perfect, lunch was good, the facial treatment we picked was amazing and we can't wait to come again. We would thoroughly recommend Bluewater Spa

Very impressed by the spa day, the treatments were amazing, the pool was lovely. Unfortunately the steam room was broken. Staff very friendly and very helpful - food was also great especially the dessert! Will be back
