When we arrived, they said our treatment started at 11.00 but on the email I received it had said 11.30 so we were both rushed a bit to get into our treatment.. but other than that the staff were still very polite and well mannered about the whole situation, amazing venue and the massages were absolutely amazing. We both loved every minute of it and would definitely return again.

Massage was great but I do think you should be made aware to drink plenty of water after treatment...due to all the toxins building up after the massage and the need to flush them out.

My visit was for my partners birthday and was possible the best decision I have made when choosing such a gift. From the moment we arrived at reception we where greeted with extremely friendly staff and had been told our room was upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. The hospitality was amazing, being offered tea and coffee upon arrival and seated in a comfortable lounge. When arriving to our room there was a birthday card and ticket for 2 glasses of wine on the house, my partner was delighted with this surprise. The service from here just got even better, with amazing food and spa facilities this was an amazing break.

Excellent. Since my last visit the Relaxation Room has been revamped with beds in place of the original sofas. Which is what the Spa always needed. A lovely way to spend the day !
