Lovely decadent decor, professional friendly staff, great food. Let down by the steam room not working the day we visited. Notably there are only 6 loungers by the pool area which, when you go for a spa you expect to be able to sit and relax by the pool and this isnt the case. Definitely need to address the seating dilema otherwise would have been perfect.

Arrived to find free hotel parking which is lovely, was offered Tea or Coffee , and taken down to my Spa area, my massage started on time and it was wonderful, had a locker to store my valuables / clothes etc , given a rob and slippers. Later had a meal which was excellent. Glass of Champagne, water and made my way home . Will go there again as throughly enjoyed the whole experience.
