This was a first visit for my 2 daughters, but l had been twice before. We all enjoyed our experience - the pool and jacuzzi were lovely, the showers & changing rooms were clean, the food was excellent, the facials extremely relaxing and professionally carried out, and finally all members of staff were polite and nothing was too much trouble. A big 'Well done' to everyone at the hotel and spa.

All the staff were friendly yet professional, treatments and treatment rooms were welcoming and relaxing. Changing rooms / showers were a bit small, and could have been cleaned more frequently. The pool, steam room and sauna were satisfactory, but pool ceiling and jacuzzi need updating. Brasserie and food were excellent - especially as I am vegan; very pleasantly surprised. Overall a wonderful experience I'd be happy to repeat.
