This was our second visit to the spa and we were a little dissappointed, our latte requested on arrival did not arrive and we had to ask reception to follow up. The staff were very polite but seemed very busy. The massage was a little dissapointing simply because I was unable to understand what was being said to me.

facilities were lovely and so were the staff but annoyed by the lack of beds to relax as people had resereved beds by putting their towels over them, there fore the whole experience was confined to the pool which was uncomfortable to be around for so long. Realxation room was full and so could only hang around the side of the pool as no where else to go. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Must comment on the food as absolutely wonderful but will not sadley be booking this Hotel again.
