Fantastic hot stone body massage. Great facilities, very relaxing afternoon. Only negative comment would have been the loud chatting and laughing next door whilst I was having my massage.
If I lived nearer I would definitely visit again

Had a very pleasant and relaxing experience at the blue water spa with my two daughters. Couldn't really fault anything all went very smoothly. The only thing I would say is that there could possibly be another couple of beds for relaxing on by the pool as there was a shortage when it got busy.

A lovely relaxing day with really outstanding Spa treatments from caring and friendly staff, the lunch was delicious and again service was excellent from a cheerful and welcoming staff. The Hotel and Spa were really gleaming and all the the facilities up to date. The only problem for me was the very cramped basement layout of the Spa with very narrow corridors and low ceilings, and unfortunately, because my wife is disabled and needs help dressing and showering, we had to use a toilet to change -albeit a very clean and comfortable toilet! Also the showers and very narrow sides of the pool area would be improved by some handrails.

Very good again, with 1 comment. I had asked the young lady that gave me the facial for a list of products used to review over lunch, just as I did at my last visit, and I had planned to purchase an item again, but the list didn't arrive this time.
