A really good massage by two nice girls. Lunch was a nice surprise good quality and nicely presented. Just needed someone to greet you on arrival as we had to find our own way to spa as no one was around. That said great value and a me and my friend had a great day .

We have been to the Connaught hotel in Bournemouth a few times now and every time we can not resist a spa treatment. It makes out experience even better.

Unfortunately the pedicure did not live up to expectations. It was really no more than my nails being painted. Which was done well, however the hard skin on my feet was not touched and neither were the cuticles. Having had a pedicure before I expected to be come out feeling like I was working on air. I did not.
It may have been that as the treatment was only half an hour it was not really a full pedicure, in which case it should have been described as such.
Disappointing.
