This was a great value for money spa day. From the moment we arrived we were looked after. The pool and spa facilities we not over crowded and we could easily use everything we wanted. The treatments were relaxing and the staff very friendly and professional. The lunch was amazing! Delicious!
We spent the whole day here and after our spa day I felt very relaxed.

This is the second time that I have visited Bluewater Spa at the Best Western Plus The Connaught Hotel and again I was not disappointed in the days experience. From the tea and coffee on arrive which started the day well. An excellent menu for lunch along with a glass of bubbly and using the spa facilities throughout, to be as relaxed as I intended it to be, ending the day with a Hot Stone Massage to send me on my way home, totally chilled and content. Look forward to the next time.

Describe your visit to Bluewater Spa at Best Western Plus The Connaught Hotel what can I say from the moment we walked through the door the staff were amazing , the treatment was incredible , plenty of teas coffes etc and so much food , will definitely be going again
