Everything about this day was superb, the staff were friendly & helpful. The food was delicious, & the 2 treatments I had were excellent. My only one small criticism would be insufficient seating in the pool area. It's a lovely big pool, & I realise space is limited, but 3 of us shared 1 bed!

A birthday treat so not aware of cost. It was let down by: shower in pool area being out of order, not enough seating around the pool and no hook on back of loo door so you can keep the dressing gown off the floor/from getting wet. The relaxation room only seats 4 - so is there space to have a second room somewhere with maybe some magazines to read as I forgot to bring anything with?? Otherwise great, excellent staff with a lovely lunch/glass of champagne/coffee on arrival.

This was my first visit to a spa due to prices being high. However I found this very relaxing. The staff were brilliant and the atmosphere perfect. Price is still a high factor so maybe a yearly thing as a birthday treat.
