I booked for Friday at 5pm but was still waiting at 5.1pm and I had planned to go out so had to cancel and rebook for another day . The treatment was fine just so annoying to have to rebook.

excellent value for money. Lovely staff and treatments. It would be something I and my friends would definitely do again, 2 things could be improved more heating in the quiet room and a swimming costume spinner to dry our costumes. The lunch was superb - well done best lunch at a spa I have had.
