The spa treatment rooms and the relaxation room were lovely, the gym was dirty and the equipment was worn. The pool was cloudy and poolside area not clean.
The changing room was also not very clean, the showers you had to press every 10 seconds to come on, the floor was soaking wet and very slippy throughout the facilities. It was also very very hot so you could not cool down at all

Hannah was absolutely amazing and it was one of the best hot stone massages I have had. She's just excellent. My husband enjoyed his hot stone massage also and said Elena was excellent. Spa reception was great also and the bartender helping us with recommended Pinkster gin with slimline and cucumber gin with slimline. Thank you for rebuilding us both!!!!!
